Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
The processing time will be 7-14 days. General products will be 3-5 days. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
It normally takes 7-15 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order ,then we can ship it in one day.
Shipment takes approximately 7-20 business days to reach destination countries.
Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Usually it takes about 30-90 days to some countries ,We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy

CAUSE OF DELAY
Tracking updates can be delayed when the following force majeure event happens:
- Delays/closures due to the impact of the COVID-19
- Bad weather reasons (heavy rain/tornado/flood/earthquake, etc.)
- Local reasons such as strikes, statutory holidays, major international conferences, etc.
- Shortage of peak season flights & personnel and other local reasons

Customer must know:
Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.
